Today, Thursday, August 31, 2017, was oath taking ceremony of new appointed Rwandan cabinet.
In his remarks, President Paul Kagame has reminded newly appointed cabinet that Rwanda wants improvement in all sectors, mainly in health, education, infrastructures, justice and so on.
He says “We want improvements in all sectors; health, education, infrastructure, justice, etc. We must deliver on our promises.”
He has requested them to have an effective communication between them in order to fulfill their duties.
“We can’t afford to have people who are supposed to be working together but who don’t communicate. This must change.” Paul Kagame
He added:” As a leader when everyone praises you, it means that there is a problem. There is something that you’re not doing right.”
