Due to Umuganura Day National celebrations this Sunday, August 27, 2017, Monday is expected to be a public holiday. This will definitely affect most, if not all official programs in the public and private sector.
This Monday, the Southern Province residents were expecting the Traffic Police department to bring to them opportunities of getting their permits. They registered 3 months ago, but they cannot have their tests tomorrow as confirmed by the Spokesperson for Traffic – CIP Emmanuel KABANDA.
Monday is a public holiday and therefore the time table has been adjusted. Tests will start the next day (Tuesday) due to the holiday. The rest of the time table will be followed with reference to the changes CIP Kabanda explained in a telephone interview with The Express News
