The Minister of Local Government, Hon Kaboneka Francis urges locals in Musanze district ,Northern Province to get together and develop big investments since the Government is ready to ensure ease of doing business.
The Minister commended the business community of Musanze District for ongoing transformational and urban development initiatives, especially the completed GOICO Plaza Ltd complex.
He urges those with old commercial houses to transform them according to the City master plan aiming at modernization and urban development.
Minister Kaboneka says; “Government is committed to invest in infrastructure development, and we want to see modern private investments taking place across the City, especially in the commercial area”.
Minister made Kaboneka these remarks when he was in Musanze District on Thursday purposely to meet with the local business to discuss business promotion urban development.
Minister Kaboneka Francis is also the Cabinet Focal person in Musanze district since 2014.
