Rwandan farmers and agro processors may soon directly export their products to Russia -the Far East market of the world.
About 7 Agri-export companies from Rwanda are currently exhibiting at a major platform in Moscow the capital of Russia hosting the ‘WorldFood Moscow International Food & Drink Exhibition’.
Rwanda has a meticulously decorated exhibition booth where coffee and Tea are taking people by surprise because of the unavoidable sweet strong aromas.
Rwanda’s Agriculture Export promotion body NAEB says taking part in this exhibition is part of increasing sales of products already on the Russian Market through increasing awareness and raising visibility of Rwandan products on the Russian market.
This exhibition is the 28th edition since it was established in 1991 aimed at serving the global food and drinks industry.
The event every year connects thousands of businesses from around the world with Russia’s key food and drink buyers, including retail representatives from Russia’s leading supermarket chains, wholesalers, HoReCa sector members, and food manufacturers.
Exhibitors are grouped into twelve main sectors, letting visitors easily find their products of interest and their manufacturers.
The event is the perfect platform to promote new food and drink products in Russia.
