President Yoweri Museveni has dismissed security chiefs in a mini cabinet reshuffle announced Sunday night.
Inspector General of Police Major Gen. Kale Kayihura and Security Minister Lt. Gen. Henry Tumukunde have both been relieved of their duties.The President moved ahead to fill the vacuums created by appointing Gen. Elly Tumwine to replace Gen. Tumukunde and then Okoth Ochola in place of Gen. Kayihura.Ochola to according to President Museveni will be deputized by Brig. Sabitti Muzeei.he Museveni in a message he posted on his official twitter page announced the changes.
