Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame and First Lady Jeannette Kagame, on this Sunday 2nd September, 2018 elected Members of Parliament.
Kagame and First Lady voted as Rwandans who live in Diaspora because the first couple is in China from Saturday to attend the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) which is scheduled to kick off on Monday 3rd September 2018.
Rwanda will hold a Parliamentary Elections Country wide on Monday 3rd September 2018.
However Rwandans living in Diaspora elect their MP representatives Today.
