Chief of Superintendant of Police (Rtd) Hubert Gashagaza who served for Rwanda National Police in different capacities has passed on .
The development was confirmed to the Express news Rwanda by the Rwanda Investigation Bureau(RIB) spokesperson, Modeste Mbabazi who revealed that Gashagaza may have been killed by unknown assailant as his body was found with the neck allegedly “Strangled”
Late Gashagaza served in the former Criminal Investigation Department (CID) while deployed to United Nation mission in Central African Republic.
He has also been a police spokesperson in Southern Region for several years.
