Clerk to Parliament Jane Kibirige recently wrote to Parliament Appointments Committee members to attend a vetting meeting on Wednesday.
“The purpose of this letter is to invite you for a meeting to interact and consider the approval of the Presidential nominees,” reads part of Kibirige’s memo.
