The Foursquare Gospel Church in Rwanda, Sunday, enthroned Noël Nkundimana, the managing director of Umucyo Christian Radio as one of its church elders.
The installation ceremony took place at Foursquare Gospel Church premises that locate at Kimironko in Gasabo District and was led by Bishop Dr. Fidèle Masengo, the church leader.
The journalist nkundimana was enthroned together with other church servants comprise of a pastor, 3 church elders and 18 deacons among others and they will all have offices at the church premises.
Ordained deacons
Bishop Masengo urged the enthroned church servants to strive to fulfill their duties boldly as well as to express the zeal in their day-to-day duties through humiliation.
“You have to be good servants as for who will be superior in the kingdom of God is the one who humiliates.” He advised
Speaking to journalists, Nkundimana noted that he is ready to serve God by preaching the holy gospel unconditionally.
“I welcomed the new responsibilities as we were created to serve God. If you get chance to be chosen to serve God you therefore have to do so with a zeal as if you will be rewarded the next day, ”He said
Prior to being journalist, Nkundimana has led the team of judges from the recent Groove Awards Rwanda 2017.
Foursquare Gospel Church was launched in Rwanda back in 2005, and it has over 30 churches countrywide with about 9000 followers
