The community of Rwandans living in Canada( RCA- Canada) wrote a contradictory letter to John McKay, the senate representative of Scarborough –Guild in Canada’s parliament, appealing to ignore the request by David Himbara who wants to deliver fake testimony in Foreign Affairs and International Development (FAAE)

Himbara was requesting for a help to join FAAE to give out his testimony in order to harass Col. Vincent Nyakarundi, a Rwandan diplomatic figure living in Canada, saying that Rwanda has bad intentions to harass opposition politicians against Rwanda Goverment
Himbara’s Life in Canada
Himbara is currently a teacher/trainer of Arts and Technology in Seneca College in Toronto Town. He earns $50,000 per year.
It is said that he paid $500,000 to pass his testimony in US Capitol Hill.

WHERE DID HE GET IT A HALF MILLION DOLLAR TO PAY DC LOBBYISTS ?
Himbara was last year accused by Tolonto’s town court over hiding taxe documents on his money.
When he was giving testimony in American parliament, Himbara was represented as Coordinator of “Democracy Now in Rwanda”, the association that is illegally dealing with political issues.
Currently, FAAE has not yet responded to the request by Rwandans living in Canada.
David Himbara, Rwanda’s opposition individual is an educator, author, professor of international development, and solar energy activist based at Centennial College, Toronto, Canada.
